THE SPACE
The main living area brings the kitchen, dining room, and living room together beneath skylights that fill the cabin with natural light.
After a day on the mountain, settle into the living room with a movie, a good book, or a fire glowing in the wood burning stove. The open layout gives everyone room to relax while still feeling connected.
The well equipped kitchen includes plenty of counter space and a large butcher block island with bar seating, making it easy to prepare breakfast before heading out or gather over dinner at the end of the day.
Step through the sliding doors to the covered back deck, where string lights, outdoor seating, and the Weber grill create an inviting place for morning coffee or an evening meal. Just beyond the deck, the private hot tub waits beneath the evergreens.

Fernwood Cabin is located in Glacier Springs, a quiet forest community near Glacier, Washington.
From here, guests are well positioned to explore Mt. Baker Ski Area, Artist Point, Nooksack Falls, the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, and the area’s hiking, rafting, fishing, and sightseeing opportunities. Local restaurants, coffee, and other essentials are also just a short drive away.

GOOD TO KNOW
The home does not have a dishwasher. The kitchen is otherwise well equipped for preparing and enjoying meals during your stay.
This particular home remains under a required boil-water advisory for drinking water. A bottled water dispenser with hot and cold options is provided for drinking, cooking, and brushing teeth. The tap water is safe for showering, bathing, handwashing, cleaning, and washing dishes.
